Yoga Nidra is sleep meditation. It’s kind of like self-hypnosis. Where you listen to a guided meditation that takes you into a psychic sleep state. It is most beneficial for sleep disorders, exhaustion, and general energetic enhancement. As 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is similar to 3 hrs of sleep.
