About Guided Mindfulness Meditations
The idea is that after a certain amount of sessions together, you’ll be able to create your own consistent mindfulness and meditation practice. By making mindfulness part of your lifestyle and practicing it through stressful situations. You will eventually create a schedule that suits your lifestyle and routine. Including the confidence to practice meditative practices alone.
I have been teaching these practices for the last 5 years. In 2016 I completed my first 200hr YTT in Thailand. And in 2018 I completed my 300hrs YTT with the same yoga school in India. During the same trip to India I completed a sound healing course with the Himilayan Academy of Sound in Rishikesh.
My adventure continued back to Thailand where I learnt more about Buddhism and finished a 7-day silent meditation retreat in Koh Samui, Thailand. Through all of my studies, courses, and self practice I have created unique and practical meditation sessions for mindfulness within our modern and stressful society.
