Enjoy the view of table mountain from the ocean side. In a sleepy surfer town called Blouberg. Enjoy Cape Town’s beauty, vegetarian meals, meditation practices and holistic wellness at our urban garden; a safe space for meditation in nature.

Day 1

Beach Meditation
We will meet for the first time at Blouberg beach and get to know each other a bit before enjoying a walking meditation together.

Journaling Techniques
Journaling activity. And setting of intentions for our retreat together. Gratitude Journal + Thoughts.

Art Meditation
Learn the basics. A short introduction to meditation and mindfulness as a coping mechanism for stress and anxiety. This meditation retreat is all about coping techniques for every day.

Lunch
Learn the basics. A short introduction to meditation and mindfulness as a coping mechanism for stress and anxiety. This meditation retreat is all about coping techniques for every day.

Yoga Nidra
Learn what yoga nidra is and how to practice it along with breathing exercises.

Day 2

Beach
Yoga
Join beach yoga. A very slowly flow. We will enjoy a light walk and a brisk yoga. Suitable for all ages. Yoga for health.

Grounding Practice
Learn how to use grounding as a technique of tuning back into nature. Hug a tree, ground your feet into earth energy.

Art or Journaling
Journal your reflections from the day. Or doodle another mandala as you use mindfulness art as an exercise.

Lunch
Full vegetarian Asian style lunch designed by a chef. We will sit and eat a healthy meal together and learn the importance of eating for our mind/body type.

Sound Healing
Relax and unwind as we wrap up our time together for the day. Enjoy a full 30 minute sound healing meditation with a light guided voice
Two Day Meditation Retreat Investment
R2400 per person 9am-3pm
Book my two day meditation retreat in Cape Town. Accommodation is not included. And I suggest staying somewhere cosy in Blouberg with a nice view of the ocean. What’s included in the meditation retreat?
- 2 x 1 Hour Sound Healing
- 2 vegetarian meals prepared by a chef
- 2 x Guided meditations

- Journal for you to keep and use at the retreat
- Seasonal fruit and water throughout the day
- 2 x Mindfulness Art Classes
- Uber from blouberg beach to garden studio (Your urber or transport to Blouberg beach are not included)
Two Options
Option 1: Full day retreat, includes everything: meditation, workshops + food: 9am-3pm for 2 consecutive days: R2400
Option 2: Only morning meditation / Yoga + evening sound healing / relaxation meditation for 2 consecutive days: R1000
You are welcome to customise your retreat based on your personal preferences and work/ travel time. If you have more time dedicated to resting and healing then the full package is right for you. But if you need to work in the day time option 2 is best for flexibility.
